1. Create favorable impressions about how you can positively impact others.

2. Observe what everybody else is doing, then do not do it. It is okay to emulate, just do not imitate. Instead, research and innovate!

3. Realize that we are rewarded for behavior and performance, not intent.

4. Know what is your professional work? What is not? Measure results (i.e., new customers, average sale increase, deeper penetration and growth with current customers, dollars in the pipeline, sales volume, etc.).
